·      Double cream. (two cups).
·      Milk (two cups).
·      Eggs: Four digits (separate the apricots).
·      Sugar (three quarters cup).
·      Vanilla Essence (custom).

Step by Step Instructions - Preparing Recipes

·      In a non-stick pan, add milk and cream and cook over medium heat
·      And mix with a wooden spoon, add egg yolk, vanilla asanas and sugar in the bowl and stir well, then add the cream and half a cup of milk mixture to the yolk and mix well with the batter.
·      Then add the yolk mixture to a saucepan over a heat and cook for about eight minutes on low flame.
·      When the mixture is thick enough that the coating on the spoon starts to form, remove the saucepan from the stove, strain the mixture into the casing and cover it in the freezer.
·      Then drain the batter and put it back in the fridge for six to eight hours. The delicious ice cream is ready.
