CHICKEN SHAMI  KABAB

Time to prepare 20 minutes
The cooking time is an hour and twenty minutes
For four number of people

INGREDIENTS AND THEIR QUANTITIES
·      Chanel (Chana) pulse one cup
·      Chicken meat (Bone Less)   500 grams
·      Use the Salt of two meal spoones
·      Chopped red pepper one meal spoon
·      Round proven pepper seven numbers
·      Zerra two tea spoon
·      Coriander seed two tea spoon
·      Carom seed one tea spoon
·      Chutney Two pieces
·      Cloves 7 in Number
·      Green Coriander in some amount
·      Mint in some amount
·      Red Pepper 6 in Number
·      Egg six numbers
·      Ginger is a spoon
·      Use oil
COOKING RECIPE:
First of all take the pulse for thirty minutes, then use a large straw or pressure cooker using a pulse, Chicken, and cook them so much or if both things go well, then when well If both the things are roasted then examine them and put them in a bowl and then three eggs
Put nuts, plants, green pepper ginger garlic etc.
Then mix them all well , if it gets bloomed or mixed together, then make small pieces after them, then take a frying pan & heat it. Take and drag it into the frying pan
And then cook it well on both sides until the two sides are golden coloured when they are golden coloured, then remove them and present them with tomato ketchup.
